Characteristics:
Due to the materials and structure of the parts are reasonable, the use life is long. The self grain size of crushing product reduces circulating load. The crushers with middle and large specification adapt hydraulic cavity system to decrease stop time. There are various kinds of crushers with different cavity shape, so the users can choose any one according to their requirement. This crusher is sealed with grease to avoid that the water-supply system or drainage system is blocked. Additionally the water and oil will not mix. The spring insurance device system is overload protection device which protect the crushing cavity while the foreign body and iron pass through the crusher.
Operational Principle:
While the crusher is working, the rotor rotates with high speed under the driving of the motor. The materials getting in from inlet knock to the board hammer on the rotor; and then the materials are crushed after being assaulted by the board hammer. The crushed materials are counterattacked back to the liner for another crushing, finally discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the counter frame and rotor frame can change the grain size and shape of the materials.
